Dr Bijender Singh is an Assistant Professor in Dept. of English at Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur (Rewari) Haryana. He has more than fifteen years’ experience of teaching post-graduate classes i.e. M.A. and M.Phil. He has been supervising Ph.D. students also. He has around two dozen research publications in various journals of repute to his credit in addition to the publication of poems in Hindi and English in magazines and journals. Dr Satish Kumar is an Assistant professor in the Dept. of Economics at Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari (Haryana). He has more than thirteen years’ experience of teaching under-graduate and under-graduate classes. He has been supervising Ph.D. students and three students have been awarded Ph.D. degrees and eight students have been awarded M. Phil degrees so far. He has around 26 research publications in various journals. His areas of interest are various govt. schemes for the development of scheduled caste and weaker sections of the society.
