Although, She has the title of a medical doctor, She has always described herself as a public health worker since She believed that health is such a big phenomenon that it cannot be put into hospitals. She dreamed of herself working in field that did not cure diseases but prevent them, and She tried to shape her career in line with this dream. After graduating from medical school, She completed the advanced field epidemiology training and a master’s degree in gender and women’s studies. Currently, She is doing her second master degree on “Data Science and Measurement” and She is about to graduate from Public Health PhD program with a thesis “Developing a Migrant’s Uncertainty Scale and Determine Health Effects of Uncertainty”. Briefly, It can describe herself as a junior public health researcher who seeks health in the community-level, who has a medical background, and both qualitative and quantitative research methods experience. At present, She continue her academic life by co-lecturing and researching at Institute of Public Health, Hacettepe University with the title of research assistant.
