His career reflects a strong commitment to advancing education and fostering growth among students and faculty. He has held key positions, including Head of the School of Commerce and Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce, where he played a pivotal role in curriculum development, quality enhancement, and innovation. Dr Siddiq holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Bharathiar University, alongside an MBA in Finance, NET certification, and M.Phil. His research contributions include funded projects supported by organizations like ICSSR and UGC, focusing on topics such as labor migration and MSME finance. He has authored and co-authored books on public sector banking and economic empowerment, further establishing his expertise. A prolific researcher, Dr Siddiq has published extensively in UGC and Scopus-indexed journals, exploring themes like GST, work-life balance, and MSME performance. He has presented conceptual papers at national and international conferences and served as an editorial board member for the International Journal of Creative Research Thoughts. Shobana is an accomplished academician with a strong educational background, having completed her higher education at Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. She holds a PGDCA and is UGC-NET qualified in Commerce, along with certifications in technical training. With 5 years of administrative experience and 6 years of teaching experience in higher education institutions, she currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at St. Joseph University, Dimapur, Nagaland. A prolific contributor to academia, Dr Shobana has published 47 research papers in international journals, including UGC CARE-listed and peer-reviewed journals, with DOI and ISSN. She has authored 40 chapters in edited books and presented 27 papers at seminars and conferences spanning international, national, and state levels. As an author, she has written three books: Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, and Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation. Since 2020, she has guided 25 MBA dissertations and 26 UG projects since 2017. Dr Shobana has held significant roles such as Member and Member Secretary of Boards of Studies, Course Director, Scholarship Officer, NAAC Documentation Committee In-charge, Project Supervisor, Resource Person, and Organizing Secretary. She is a Lifetime Member of IARA and NEEA. Her achievements include securing 5th rank at the university level during her BBA graduation and receiving the Girija Parthasarathy Endowment Award for excellence during both UG and PG. Her accolades include the Young Researcher Award (2021), Best Research Scholar Award, Inspiring Teacher Award (2022), and Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Global Educator Award (2022). Additionally, she has earned prestigious titles such as Global Women Icon Award (2023), Best Women Academician of the Year (2023), Shiksha Ratan Award (2023), Research Excellence Award, and Ekalavya Award (2024).  Dr J. Suresh Kumar is an accomplished academician and Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at St. Joseph University, Nagaland, India. With a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Periyar University, Salem, Tamil Nadu, his research interests span a broad spectrum, including Entrepreneurship, Agricultural Economics, Industrial Economics, Labour Economics, and Development Economics. Dr Kumar’s scholarly contributions are extensive, comprising 64 research papers published in international journals, including UGC CARE-listed and peer-reviewed publications. He has also contributed 31 chapters to edited volumes, edited 3 books, and authored 5 ISBN books. His expertise is widely recognized, with 49 talks delivered at national and international seminars and conferences. Dr Kumar has been honored with prestigious awards such as the ICERT Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Global Educator Award (2022), Baba Saheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Excellence Award (2023), Shiksha Ratan Award (2023), and Academic Excellence Award (2024). Additionally, he has been recognized as the Best Teacher by EMG-SSM Trust and as the Best Social Scientist by Grabs Educational Charitable Trust (2023). In the field of academic publishing, Dr Kumar serves as Editor-in-Chief of the ISRDO Scientific Research Journal of Arts, Humanities, and Social Science and Associate Editor-in-Chief for multiple journals. He is also an editorial board member for over 30 international journals and holds memberships in 10 professional organizations within the social sciences and research domains. Further extending his influence, Dr Kumar serves as the State President of Nagaland for the Education Research and Development Association (ERDA), reflecting his dedication to advancing education and research in the region.
