Dr. Reynaldo V. Moral
Dr. Moral finished his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Science at Cebu Normal University (CNU). He earned his MAED in Social Studies and Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation at the same university. In his years of teaching, he served as a coordinator of the Supreme Student Government and Social Studies for several years. He became a Master Teacher I of the Department of Education, Division of Cebu City, a module writer in Practical Research 2 and Teacher’s Learning Guide. He has published in various refereed peer-reviewed journals. He is a consistent speaker during In-Service Training; Learning Action Cell sessions; and National Training on Pedagogical Approaches for the New Normal. He has also presented various papers at international conferences. He is a multi-awardee on the following citations: Outstanding Educator Award by Embracing the Culture of Research; Outstanding Global Educator in Research- Rank 5 by Beyond Books Publication, Outstanding Alumni of the Year on Educational Innovation at Abellana National School Batch 1997. He is an honorary member of the Center for Academic & Professional Career Development and Research; Education Research and Development Association; and is currently the Head of the Editorial Board of the International Researchers and Educators Organization, Inc.

Eugene Embalsado
Mr. Embalsado is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Asian College of Technology and he obtained his Certificate in Professional Education at the University of Cebu in 2014. He is a Trainer’s Methodology (TM1) holder who has authored a Self-Learning Module in Front Office Services. He started his teaching career at Woodridge International School and stayed there for two consecutive years. Before joining the Department of Education, he worked as a Room Attendant in one of the hotels in Cebu City. Currently, he is a senior high school teacher and a TVL coordinator at Don Sergio Osmena Sr. Memorial National High School handling Housekeeping and Personal Development.

Victor Rey B. Lomocso
Mr. Lomocso finished his Diploma in Professional Education (DPE)/CPE at Cebu Technological University-Main Campus. He graduated Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) majoring in Technical Drafting at the same university. He also completed Technical-Vocational Education (TVED) major in Industrial Electricity at Don Bosco Technology Center. Currently, he is the Grade Leader Coordinator of Grade 12 Senior High School department at Don Sergio Osmeňa Sr. Memorial National High School.
