Dr. Sudhaveni Naresh has been working as an Assistant Professor at Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS), Hyderabad, Telangana since January 2018, and involved in various projects and submitted reports and policy briefs to the Government. He has submitted three independent State Governments’ projects such as “Students’ performance study under different Managements”, “Implementation of Best Available Schools Scheme in Telangana issues and challenges” as well as “Study on Management of Social Welfare Hostels in Telangana issues and challenges”. Currently he has undertaken project titled “Impact Evaluation of Ambedkar Overseas Vidya Nidhi (AOVN) Scheme of Telangana Government”. He awarded PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His PhD thesis titled “Socio-Economic and Identity Implications of Demographic Crisis in Russia, 1991- 2013”. He had been to Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia for PhD field survey. He completed M.Phil and MA in Politics (with specialization in International Relations) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has published research papers in various journals and presented research papers at various international conferences throughout India, also attended and participated many workshops and training programs. He awarded Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) from UGC, and Doctoral Fellowship from ICSSR for 2015-16.
